Jim,
The list I posted was authors with 18 or more editions. I
didn't include authors below that since there were three-and
four-way ties. For example, Jonathan Craig was tied with
David Goodis and others.
John D. MacDonald and Richard S. Prather had far more
editions than rest on the list with over 200 editions
each.
