Welcome to the group, John!
John and I are old buddies. We used to be in the same
writers' group which met in the late, lamented Something
Wicked book shop in Evanston, both sold our first short
stories at around the same time, both had out first books
published at around the same time, and both got our first
major award nominations at about the same time.
Since out writing careers seem to be inextricably mised, I
think John should just get cracking on a novel and start
submitting it, so I'll finally be able to sell mine.
OTOH, I've never written a stage play, and that hasn't kept
John from having many plays produced and performed, so maybe
we're not as inextricably mixed as I think.
