Apparently, what I've heard about Peter May's (UK) last
novels seems to link him strictly to the quite recent
thriller tradition, this segment of crime lit. shooting from
page 1 to reach the best-seller list. Maybe I'm wrong. Any
opinion?
Also: Did somebody read "Firemaker" the first of the series
set in Beijing (central characters: a female US forensic
specialist and a local Chinese police officer) ?
Any comment about Peter May and his novels is welcome.
