RARA-AVIS: Re: Tinsley

How about biographical information on Theodore Tinsley?

I found little on the Internet. For example, I found a year of birth and death: "TINSLEY, THEODORE (1894-1979)" from http://users.ev1.net/~homeville/fictionmag/d1085.htm#A56049 . Then from the Ancestry.com database, I found the follow information in the Social Security Death Index: Name: Theodore A. Tinsley, SSN: 423- 60-4286, born: 27 Oct 1894, death: 3 Mar 1979, and SSN issued: Alabama (1962). This database also had a World War I draft registration card, issued in New York, with Tinsley's autograph.

Can anyone fill in the gap? He is worthy of a lengthier biography than "1894-1979"
