  During the hearing, William Gaines was shown the cover of one of
  comics showing a severed head being held by the hair. When asked if he
  thought the cover appropriate for the youth of our country, his answer
  was (paraphrasing): if the head was held higher so you could see the
  blood dripping, then probably not but as it is it's fine. Of course,
  all this is fairly tame compared to Sin City.
