The list of women noir writers is not too long. I only
glanced quickly at the recommended reading lists yesterday
and today, but don't think anyone's mentioned Out by Natsuo
Kirino, which was discussed here extensively not too long
ago. It's very dark, with weird sex. You might want to check
the archives for more comments.
