Why not? Is the hero, Army Intelligence Agent Ben Marco, full of formal, aristocratic airs? I certainly didn't see any.

Or is someone who survives tough combat and survives nasty brain-washing techniques as a POW not tough?

And since when aren't espionage and assassination crimes?
