I recently read Bart Spicer's espionage novel, THE BURNED MAN. It takes place in Franco's Spain (where Spicer lived) and involves the theft of nuclear material. The book was an engaging read, proving Spicer could write more than just top-notch PI novels. I found the paperback at an used bookstore.
