Try STREETS OF FIRE. Like the first in the Clemens series, it's another Dixie-set police procedural. This one takes place in Birmingham, AL, in the mid
'60's and involves a homicide cop investigating the murder of a black child that coincides with the visit of a young black preacher named Martin Luther King that's got the whole police department in an uproar.
