HA! I did a book report on WOLF TIME as a freshmain high
school. At the time I'm sure I had never heard of noir or
hardboiled fiction (which didn't really matter for Wolf Time
because it's not either). It was only within the last year or
so when digging through a box of old books that I realized
Wolf Time was by Joe Gores. Wolf Time is a quick, fun read,
but it is definitely a politcal thriller rather than
hardboiled or noir.
