From today's www.medialifemagazine.com:

Jimmy Smits is also returning to primetime, and to familiar territory, in a new NBC drama about a private investigator.

The show, set in Los Angeles, is being written by David Mills, who previously worked with the network on the miniseries "Kingpin" and the series "Homicide: Life on the Street." Smits has had roles on ABC's
"NYPD Blue" and NBC's "L.A. Law."
