One private eye with a big agency is Talmadge Powell's Ed Rivers. According to THE GIRL'S NUMBER DOESN'T ANSWER (Pocket 1960), the lettering on River's door reads: Nationwide Detective Agency, Southeastern Office. Agent in charge: Ed Rivers.

This is a bit misleading as my memory is that Rivers operated more in the classic lone wolf style than anything resembling the Continental Op.
