Stark's Child Heist is copied in Westlake's Jimmy the Kid; chapters alternate between Parker doing it right and the Dortmunder Gang screwing it up. To make it even more convoluted, . . .

. . . the book ends with letters between Stark and his lawyer about suing the maker of a movie about the "real life " crime.
