Rolls Royces are in a whole different league. Hand made to order, not just cranked out on some Detroit production line. The body panels on each car are beaten out by hand by one craftsman, and aligned by eye. Something comparable would be Terry Lennox's Jowett Jupiter sports car in The Long Good-Bye - so McGee's hacksaw job is something of a travesty. Like painting a moustache on the Mona Lisa. And that may well be the point.

Cheers Chris
