I feel like all I'm doing today is seconding opinions, but
here goes anyway: Motherless Brooklyn is outstanding. Just
when you think nothing new can done with the first person PI
tale, Lethem gives us this beauty. I heartily recommend all
of his novels, especially GUN, WITH OCCASIONAL MUSIC--a mix
of Chandler and Philip K. Dick that actually works.
