AFAIK, it *isn't*, but you should be able to have your library chase you up a copy via interlibrary loan. FWIW, my take on Fred J., (though I've not read a lot) is that he seems rather conservative, *right wing* even, for someone supposedly 'of the left' ... but mebbe that sez more about me than Fred?
