RARA-AVIS: west african noir

I've just been reading Robert Wilson's excellent novels set in West Africa
('The Big Killing', 'A Darkening Stain', 'Blood is Dirt', & 'Instruments of Darkness').

Does anyone know of any other HB novels (or films) set in West Africa? The only film that springs to mind is Tavernier's version of 'Pop 1280', 'Coup de Torchon.'
