I first got hold of it thru the library. When I knew I had to
have my own copy, I bided my time (for about three months or
so), keeping a sharp eye on ABE. When I finally pounced, I
got a pristine 1st in DJ for $12. A friend paid even less for
his copy, but the shipping from the UK was high. It's out
there, and unless you're dealing with a dealer who routinely
overprices all his stock -- and there are many -- it can be
had reasonably. PB
