My experience is that it takes much more than $1 to Take a
Lesbian to Lunch.
The book was written by Ann Aldrich, aka Vin Packer, aka
Marijane Meaker.
I just finished reading *Stir of Echoes* by Richard Matheson.
I love any book that makes sunny, post-war suburbia look
grotesque and nightmarish. Terrible, rushed happy ending, but
otherwise a really enjoyable book. And I don't normally go
for psychological / paranormal stuff.
