I have read all three of Child's books and disagree with the general opinion that Tripwire was the best.

imo, the second book, Die Trying, was by far the best. I couldn't put it down. It grabbed me from the first page.

The first book, Killing Floor, was a good fast read too.

I thought Tripwire's plot was confusing, not really that interesting, and really didn't get compelling until page 175!!
