LIKE A LAMB TO SLAUGHTER and SOMETIMES THEY BITE are his
first two short
story collections. Kinda tough books to get at a reasonable
price. They
were followed by SOME DAYS YOU GET THE BEAR. I suppose HIT
MAN could also
be considered a short story collection, of sorts. Block has a
new
collection coming out soon that's a collection of his old
pulp-style stories
from the old hardboiled magazines. *That* should be a lot of
fun!
