RARA-AVIS: Touch of Evil

Can't recall if this has been mentioned, but a remix of Orson
Welles' "Touch
of Evil" should be back in select theaters right this second.
There was an
interesting article in the NYTimes about the process the
"remixers" went
through, following a soon-to-be-published memo to the studio by
Welles.
Walter Murch wrote the Times article. I can post it to the list
if there's
interest (though that may be pushing a fine copyright line,
particularly with
the digesting of our posts onto the web-site; advice?). I'll
definitely send
it to interested parties in private email.
