would break off car antennae, tape a section to a wooden "handle" and
insert a 22 cartridge in the hollow of the antenna. A rubber band
impelled nail (ergo, the "zip") served as firing pin. It was as
dangerous to the user as to anyone in the vicinity of where the gun was
aimed.
