I however strongly recommend one of his book (providing this was not
already done):
Grevious Bodily Harm
Hallucinating, cold, Noir, HB and a real great book.

Then there is a less known author: Peter Loughran and his masterpiece,
"The Train Ride" - 1966
It's borderline to the HB/Noir genre, but it is a fascinating book.
Really worth the search for it and the extra quids London second hand
bookshops could ask you for.
