yeah, I also read this piece of tittilation as well. didn't find it too
memorable, but like Topping From Below, the ending made it seem worthwhile.

for readers of this kind of horny female protagonist stuff, I'd recommend
Vicki Hendricks MIAMI PURITY. definitely hardboiled IMHO, and better
plotting.

and Robert Eversz's SHOOTING ELVIS, while not utilizing sex as a central theme
like the above 3 works, is a very contemporary, female driven, noirish piece.
and flat out excellent.
