Medical one made famous (?notorious) in medical circles in a

clef by an intern at Mass General Years ago called The House of
God:
GOMER= Get Out of My Emergency Room, for an unwanted (for
various
reasons) patient, e.g. a very unwashed passed out drunk would
be a
GOMER.
There are others that do not dare see the light of day
outside of an
interns' beer bash.
