Tonight (Wednesday, July 30), Knox Books author Paul W.
Heimel ("Eliot =
Ness: The Real Story") will appear on the A&E "Biography"
program, entitl=
ed "Eliot Ness: Untouchable." This will be airing at 8:00
p.m. and again =
at midnight Eastern Time. In conjunction with this
appearance, our public=
ity consultant sent out hundreds of press releases, personal
letters, etc=
., encouraging librarians, newspapers, magazines, radio
stations and TV =
stations across the nation to spotlight this program, which
has such impo=
rtant educational potential (as does the book, ISBN
096558240X).
There has also been scattered publicity nationwide about the
Eliot Ness =
Memorial Service, to be held Sept. 10 in Cleveland, at which
time Paul =
HeimeI will have the honor of presenting the eulogy for this
famous crime=
fighter as his cremains are finally laid to rest.
