FWIW (though I think this has been metnioned before---pay attention at the
back!)

Chandler's 'Red Wind'  *is* available in the collection *Trouble is My
Business* which is in print.

Over here, Penguin have the seven novels and four collections of short
stories all in print.
(The four collections are: Smart Aleck Kill; Killer In The Rain; Pearls Are
A Nuisance; Trouble is My Business).  I'm sure these must be in print 'on
the other side' (if you can't buy or steal a copy, there's always libraries
and second hand bookshops)
