I notice some concern as to where to locate "Red Wind," assuming that might
be the first title in the group reading project:

I have found it in Kittredge and Krauzer's Mentor paperback (451-ME2462),
The Great American Detective, which has 15 stories of the "most celebrated
private eyes," from Nick Carter to Mack Bolan.  Although it was first
published in 1978 by NAL, I'm certain I picked up my new copy in the
mid-80s, so perhaps it's still out there (and perhaps lurking unsuspected
in some folks' libraries).
